SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days with the exception of orders placed on bank holidays.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, We will email you with delivery details.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Everything You Need to Know

Refunds/Returns are given in the form of a replacement, exchange, store credit or a full refund. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery date to start the process with proof of purchase. The items must be sent back to us within the 14 days of contact.

A refund will then be processed within 14 days of items return. Any shipping for returns must be paid by the customer.

All return items for refund must have original tags/packaging and in its original condition failure to this a refund will not be given.

SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS

All sale or discounted item sales are final and none refundable.

EGIFT CARDS are none refundable.
